For independent auto repair shops

Google Ads for phones that ring. Bays that fill. Customers that come back.

The kind that come back when their truck needs brakes, tell their friends and family where to go, and leave the review that pulls in the next car.

Built for shops

Built the way a shop owner would build a marketing agency.

These three aren't features. They're the first things any shop owner who's been burned by an agency would insist on.

  • No 12-month lock-in contract
  • You own the Google Ads account
  • Same Google Ads manager, every week

What you've tried

You've probably tried a few of these already.

  • The SEO guy who promised page one.

Six months later: a stack of PDFs nobody opens and a phone that still won't ring.

  • Google Ads that burned through the budget by Tuesday.

DIYers, parts hunters, guys looking up torque specs. Not one booked RO.

  • The 12-month contract you didn't realize you signed.

Eight months in, the calls aren't coming and you can't leave without paying through the end.

  • The buddy who said he could "run ads on the side."

Stopped picking up the second the phone went quiet for a week.

  • Word of mouth that used to fill the bays.

It still works. It just doesn't fill the calendar like it did three years ago, and waiting for it to come back isn't a plan.

The diagnosis

Why it keeps happening.

Most agencies Redline
No: Bill out of a call center in a different state Yes: The same person every week, who knows your shop
No: Rewarded for volume of calls Yes: Tuned for the right calls
No: 12-month contracts, auto-renewal traps Yes: Month to month. Ad account in your name.

None of this means you're bad at marketing. It means the people selling it to you have no idea what someone types into Google at 7am when their brakes start grinding on the way to work.

Working together

What working with Redline is actually like.

Onboarding

An onboarding call to "walk" the shop and understand the jobs you actually want. One phone number. One app on your phone. Live in about a week, not a quarter.

Day-to-day

Your Google Ads phone rings on the app. You answer. If you miss it, the system texts them back so they don't call the next shop. Every call recorded and summarized. Listen yourself if you want.

Ownership

Your Google Ads account and GBP listing live in your name. The dedicated tracking number is portable on request. The same person on the account every week, no rotating managers.

Under the hood

The boring infrastructure most agencies skip.

The work that makes everything else not a guessing game.

Tracking

Tracking that holds up.

Google Tag Manager runs the call-tracking pixel and form events when forms are part of the build. Every call lands in the app on your phone, recorded and tied to the Google tracking number it came in on. GA4 hooked up on the landing page when it adds value. Honest setup, not over-engineered.

Landing pages

Pages tailored, not templated.

City and neighborhood tokens swapped through the body copy. Real Google reviews from your listing, not generic stock quotes. Schema markup tied to your specific business. Service emphasis weighted to the jobs you actually want. Pages get removed if a service doesn't apply.

Negative keywords

Compounding negative-keyword list.

A shared, growing negative-keyword list applied across every account. DIYers, parts hunters, brand fragments that pull tire kickers. All blocked. Every RPM client benefits from the cuts I made for every client before them.

Spend discipline

Mobile-only. Your hours. Calls only.

Ads run only during the hours your shop is open. Desktop and Tablet bidding set to -100% because nobody books a brake job on a desktop. Call-only campaigns where it makes sense. No junk form fills. Every call recorded and transcribed in the app, attached to the ad group that brought it.

Real shop, real numbers

$10K → $28K+

Monthly revenue. Solo capacity now, looking to hire. CPR 4 Your Car, North Canton, Ohio.

I pay the ads bill before payroll. If the phone doesn't ring, none of the rest gets paid either.

Nick, after 6 months

Started at about $10K a month, mostly word of mouth. That used to carry the shop. Didn't anymore. Phone barely ringing. Bays sitting empty half the week.

Six months of me tuning ads weekly, cutting keywords that didn't pull, doubling down on the ones that did. Revenue climbed past $28K and hit a ceiling. The ceiling was him. Bays full, phone ringing, and he's looking to hire a tech now.

Focus

We specialize in Google Ads. We don't do these things.

Saying no is how I earn the right to say yes. Here's what's not on the menu, on purpose.

  • SEO content marketing

Different game, different timeline. Not what I do.

  • Facebook ads as the main channel

Buyers hunting for a mechanic right now aren't on Facebook. They're on Google.

  • 12-month contracts

I earn it month to month. Cancel any time with notice.

  • Multiple shops in one service area

One shop per area, no exceptions. Your competitor down the road can't buy me out.

  • Industries other than auto repair

Auto trade only. I know the bay. I do not split focus.

  • Shops that already have full bays

If your bays are full this week, you don't need me yet. Call when you've got space.

Compounding

Ads are the faucet of the business. Every car that drives in is three jobs, not just one.

You pay Google once. The customer keeps paying you back. Brakes next month. Their brother in for an alignment. A review that pulls in the next car. Every one of those is a car in the bay that didn't cost you a click.

01 / Future free traffic

Review.

Ask when you hand them the keys. One Google review feeds the listing that brings the next customer in. Free.

02 / Same customer, more jobs

Return.

Brakes today. Alignment in three months. Suspension next year. Same customer. Zero ad cost.

03 / Word-of-mouth calls

Refer.

Handle them right and they tell two more. Calls Google never billed you for.

Pricing

Three packages. Each one month to month.

Pick the package that fits your shop. I adjust from there based on what you actually need.

The guarantee

If month one doesn't pay for itself, month two is on me.

You and I work together. If month one's booked revenue from tracked calls is less than your ad spend, month two of RPM management is on me. In writing, signed at the start. Most agencies hide behind "no guarantees." I won't.

Common questions

The questions shop owners need to know.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Easy cancel with notice before the next billing cycle. No 12-month contract, no auto-renewal trap, no exit fee.

What do I actually own?

Your Google Ads account, your Google Business Profile, your call history, and every login I set up are all in your name. If you leave, you keep them.

Do you guarantee a number of calls per month?

No, and the reason matters. Anyone who promises a specific call count is either inflating numbers with junk traffic or guessing. Instead I guarantee dollars: if month one's booked revenue from tracked calls is less than what you spent on ads, month two of management is on me. In writing, signed at the start.

How does billing work?

Two separate bills. Management fee on your card, monthly. Ad spend goes straight from your card to Google. I never see it, never take a percentage.

Are you Google? Or with Google?

No. Google doesn't cold-call shops about their listing. If somebody dials you claiming to be "from Google," it's a scam. I run Google Ads and GBP work. Not affiliated with Google.

What if I'm already booked out?

Then you don't need me right now. If your bays are full this week and the phone's ringing more than you can answer, marketing isn't your problem. Capacity is. Call me when you've got space again.

If you bust your butt wrenching all day, your shop can't grow. You have a stressful job, not a consistent reliable business.

If you do nothing, six months from today, your phone rings the same as it does now. No growth. That's the path you're already on. Hiring techs and service writers, customers coming back, and the kind of business worth selling, passing down, or at least just taking the Saturday off from. That's why you started this.
