What we collect.

• Phone calls. If you call (216) 999-6597, the call may be recorded for service quality. We use those recordings ourselves and don't sell or share them.
• Emails. Anything you send to [email protected] is stored in our email system and used to reply to you.
• Page views. If site analytics are enabled, we use a cookieless beacon (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It tells us page views and rough geography. It doesn't identify you.

What we don't.

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• We don't drop tracking cookies.

Working clients.

If you become a client, we manage advertising and listing assets on your behalf. The data flow there (Google Ads, Google Business Profile, GoHighLevel) is governed separately by your client agreement.
